We combined baliem valley and Wayag island raja ampat for 6 days. You will see and experience the local culture and have an opportunity to interact with local villagers. Day 01: By Flight From Jayapura To Wamena – Traditional Dani Houses (B/L/-)
In the morning arrival at Sentani Airport of Jayapura Town. Meet our staff and drop you for direct connect flight by regular flight by Wings Air or Trigana Air leaving for Wamena 08:00 or 10:00. Arrive at Wamena airport transfer to Baliem Pilamo hotel for check in and take a rest until lunch. After lunch explore Aikima and Suroba of Baliem valley. Along the way you will find the Danis working in their sweet potatoes fields and will see their daily activities. Arrive at Suroba, walk through the pine forest, enjoy the beautiful nature setting and crossing a bridge over Aike River before you arrive at the main road where the car is waiting for you. We will hike in 1-2 hours through the beautiful countryside and traditional houses of Dani people. From here drive up to Napua for overlooking of baliem valley from distance and visit traditional market. Dinner will be on your account and stay at Baliem Pilamo Hotel.

Day 02: Salt Spring, Mummy, Mock Battle/Traditional Dance (B/L/-)
In the morning we drive up to Jiwika in the central Baliem Valley. Our one hour trek begins at the base of the mountain and ascends 300 meters through a beautiful rain forest, reaching the traditional salt spring of a Dani clan. Clothed in their traditional costumes, the native inhabitants will demonstrate the old techniques of the salt production. We will have our lunch on the mountains, then walk down to village where a very old mummy of the famous Dugum clan is proudly presented for your viewing. Everywhere the friendly natives offer their arts and crafts, weapons and curiosities for our inspection. Lunchboxes are provided. A special welcome will be given to you upon your arrival in the Village of Anamogaima where the tribe member will assemble wearing their best outfit to show their appreciation. The Tribe chief will stand on a Traditional Observation and give the order to his people to celebrate. A special “Ceremony” it is one of the most interesting exhibitions you will see on traveling to Papua. You will see and experience the local culture and have an opportunity to interact with local villagers.
Day 03 : Return by Flight To Jayapura – Lake Sentani – Visit Local People – Museum (B/L/-)
After breakfast, transfer to airport for your flight to Jayapura at schedule at 09:00. Upon your arrival at Sentani airport of Jayapura by car drive to Kalkote Dock to have a local boat for excursion at Lake Sentani, we could do a lake tour 1-2hours in the this lake by seeing local people with their traditional life. Walk around and seeing the local people of Sentani tribe making their arts, bark painting, neckles, and variety of handy craft. Lunch at Local restaurant near lake Sentani. On the way to get to downtown of Jayapura we will stop at Cenderawasih Museum (Open Mon-Sat at 09:00-15:00), Transfer to hotel for Check in. Your own program, you will have a lot of time to explore all sides of Jayapura downtown as well as local restaurants and cafe.

Day 04 : Jayapura – Sorong – Raja Ampat (B/L/D)
On the morning breakfast at hotel, transfer to airport for your flight for Sorong. Arrive in Sorong Airport before 12:00 pm, lunch is served at local restaurant or provided in the lunchboxes. By car transfer to harbor for ferry schedule to Waisai (Capital of Raja Ampat) and takes around 2 – 3 hours. Tickets and Entrance Fee Raja Ampat will be prepared by us. Arrive in Waisai, transfer to hotel or resort that you chosen. Enjoy your free day and see the beautiful natural surrounding. Dinner will be served at restaurant. (Please Note: Ferry Schedule at 14:00 pm on Monday to Sunday)
Day 05: Full day Tour to Wayag Island (B/L/D)
Breakfast in the morning, then directly to Wayag by speedboat and takes around 4 hours. Wayag is the icon of Raja Ampat. Report to the local people at Selpele Village, then climb up to the top of Mount Karts around 40 minutes and see the best beautiful islands surrounding. We had been prepared your lunch. Snorkeling there to to see the beautiful coral reefs and fishes underwater. Afternoon, back to accommodation and dinner will be served at restaurant. (Please Note: Diving activities is an optional program and we will do separated)
Day 06: Raja Ampat – Sorong – Departure (B/L/-)
After breakfast, transfer to harbor for ferry schedule to Sorong at 09:00 a.m. (Please Note: Ferry Schedule at 09:00 a.m. only on Monday, Wednesday or Friday). If your date can not match with Ferry Schedule you have to stay a day longer in Sorong. Lunch will be served at restaurant in Sorong or in lunch box. Arrive in Sorong, transfer to the airport for your flight schedule and our services ends up here.
All the program/itinerary are flexible, depend on local conditions, flights, weather and etc.
In Wamena: Baliem Pilamo Hotel, Type Superior Room
In Jayapura : Swiss Belhotel or Horison Hotel, Type Superior Room
In Raja Ampat : Raja Ampat Dive Resort, Type Superior Room.

What to Bring for this trip:
Usually bring Raincoat, torch and lightweight. Bring plastic raincoat to cover the camera or other necessary things, comfortable walking shoes, sun hat and block out, mosquito repellent, dark glasses, camera/underwater camera.
